Where do I even begin. I had contacted Julio in May of 2019 letting him know once my house sold in CA I would be coming to Vegas, not knowing when it would be. He started working with me right away sending me info to familiarize myself with the areas and prices. Was willing to answer my questions and didn't make me feel like I was waisting his time. He was very much like a friend helping me through this transition. My house sold right away and I was in Vegas July 11th. We started looking immediately and we looked at houses for 2 days, and made an offer within 5 days of being in town. Escrow closed in 28 days. It went so quickly and smoothly.
